Introducing our CEO and founder, Darron Jackson. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, who proudly served our nation for 6 years. He has also for over 24 years worked in the field of finance and accounting progressing to varying levels of supervisory and management within the private sector as well as the state and federal government.  In more detail, Darron has over the last two decades, fine-tuned his skills in various work settings such as; Government Procurement, Materials Management, Corporate Finance, and Contracts Management. In addition, Darron has spear-headed various entrepreneurial projects that includes Fundraising promotions, a mobile restaurant owner, and lastly culminating in being the owner of a small Accounting & Tax Practice. Credentials include being a graduate of Newberry College with a BS in Accounting, and Strayer University with a master's in accountancy.  In addition, is a Licensed EA representing many clients before the I.R.S. in tax matters

Our Administrator exemplifies what hard work and perseverance can accomplish. She has a humble beginning serving as a CNA for over 20 years where she displayed her dedication and passion in serving our senior members of our community in nursing and assisted living facilities. Her passion to serve the community has also led her to being a volunteer in an inner-city homeless shelter serving as a food-line server to countless homeless men and women. In addition, she has served the students at Richland Schools District 2 as a member of the culinary and custodial staff for 10 plus years. Her more recent experience culminates as an Office Manager for a very large and successful Home Care Agency where she has managed hundreds of patients and home care aids. Her credential includes being a graduate of Midlands Technical College with Associate degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Chelisa has proven to be a valuable asset to our care team.

Meet our Director of Patient Care Crystal Bonds. She has demonstrated through hard work and dedication the necessary qualities it takes to be a standout healthcare provider. Through 23 years of Nursing experience, her dedication in her craft has exemplified her core values as to being a passionate, reliable, and altruistic deliverer of genuine care to each of her patients. Over the last two decades, she has fine-tuned her skills in various work clinics such as; geriatrics, medical/surgical, immunization, and a dialysis clinic. In addition, she has also served as a strike relief nurse in a time of critical need.  Moreover, her more recent experience finds her thriving in the area mother/baby postpartum care. Her credentials include; being a graduate of Piedmont Technical College in 2002 earning her LPN, and again in 2004 with her ADN in Nursing subsequently passing the state exam become a registered nurse (RN). Crystal is a firm believer in continuous improvement and thus has goals to continue progressing professionally and educationally.
